★Review★

Oh I do so love this author and her slow burn romances.

And this one was a little but different from her usual.

Her heroes are generally quite taciturn and/or grumpy which contributes to the slow burn.

Not so here, it is more the circumstances than anything else that leads to it.

They begin by communicating by letters. And a such they get to know each other rather well, just as pen pals then true friends.

I really enjoyed it, loved the letter writing part, and how we got to know them both through them communicating. And I love the anticipation of the meeting.

Overall it was really enjoyable, however, I felt like it was a touch unfinished for me. I would have loved to have more of them actually physically together. I see how it suited the story for them to meet, then have to part, with plans for them being together, but in all honesty, I felt like I was missing out on something and there should have been more to it at the end.

But a still great 4 stars.
