I am going to review the entire 5 book series in this review.

I cannot even begin to put into words how awesome this was.

It is the best thing I have read in a long long time.

I am gutted this has been out for over a year and I had never heard of it!

It is a dark, twisted, violent story of a woman out to revenge what was done to her and her family. It changed her, made her into what she is today. But what happens when she meets and begins to fall in love with the very FBI agent who is investigating the murders she is committing.

I adored Lana. She was delightfully viscous and twisted in getting her revenge.

And Logan, the stand up FBI guy, falling in love with his dream woman.

For Lana, Logan stopped her going completely over the edge, reminded her she was human.

And for Logan, he begins to see that not everything he thinks is bad is necessarily bad.

This entire series had me gripped and I devoured it.

I loved Lana getting her revenge, I cheered her on. Yes it was graphic and bloody. But Lana was the hero not the villain all the way.

There were parts that I loved, where she lets her “normal” persona slip a little, for example with Logan’s ex.

As the series goes on, she loses more and more of herself, finding it harder to hide her true self, or the true self she was forced to be, only Logan able to unknowingly bring her back.

You dread Logan finding out, dread his reaction yet at the same time have the impossible hope Lana has that it will be ok.

Just read this series. It is awesome

And this author better write something else for me!!!
